CUES to Offer Compensation Consulting Through New Partnerships

MADISON, Wis. The Credit Union Executives Society has partnered with two firms to offer compensation consulting to the credit union industry; Carlson Dettmann Consulting LLC (CDC), Madison, Wis., and Intelligent Compensation LLC, Pflugerville, Texas. Both firms focus on executive and incentive compensation, as well as base and bonus plans.

Carlson Dettmann Consulting LLC specializes in the development of total compensation programs, including base pay plans, executive compensation, incentive compensation, job evaluation and marketplace competitive reviews, as well as closely linked programs such as organizational planning, supervisory training and performance management systems.

Intelligent Compensation LLC specializes in nonprofit executive compensation, performance management and organizational alignment strategies, sales compensation design and plans, employee compensation studies, job analysis, and wage and hour/FLSA studies.

To attract and retain the most qualified employees, credit unions need to have the best information and guidance on compensation strategies. CUES is pleased to offer the option of five hours of compensation consulting with CUES Employee Salary Survey and CUES Executive Compensation Survey subscriptions, said Fred Johnson, CUES president/CEO. Credit unions working with Carlson Dettmann Consulting or Intelligent Compensation will receive the insight they need to make informed decisions on employee compensation. They can also access advice from these two well-respected firms beyond the annual hours provided in the package.
